This fun any-time flower is super easy to make and very versatile.  This pattern is only 4 easy rounds using mostly the double loop stitch.  You can make a batch and put them in a vase, hang ’em up, or lay them in a plate, make it loopy, make it straight, or brush it out, either way they are great.  Onward to the pattern…(I could keep going with the Dr. Seuss lines but I’ll spare you the pain.)

Finished Size:

2 1/2in.

Supplies:

  • Caron Simply Soft Yarns in any color and small amounts are fine.
  • 5.5mm Hook

Finish Up:

Easy right?  They look cute as they are:

You can cut the loops for a spiker look.

For a fuzzier look, just cut loops and take a small tooth comb or wire brush and lightly comb the yarn, then trim the flower for shape.
